Role: We are seeking a candidate with one year of experience in telecalling to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for calling users who have shown interest in our platform and conducting cold calls to potential customers. Responsibilities:
- Contact users who have shown interest in our platform to provide information and answer their questions.
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to introduce Maths.Engineering\xe2\x80\x99s products and services.
- Maintain records of calls and update customer information in the database.
- Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or issues.
- At least one year of experience in telecalling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our products.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
- Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with the team.
