Position: Tele-Caller (Domestic/International)
Responsibilities:
• To find fresh sales opportunities through outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the
company's products and services.
• Lead Generation Using Tools/Biding portals like Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr,
Freelancer, Guru etc.
• To deliver the scripted sales pitch to the customer and to adjust the same as per the
specific individuals.
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients over the phone.
• Data Mining & Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.
• Creating and sending E-mail, What's App & SMS campaigns.
• Manage and track leads and prospects in a CRM system Achieve monthly and quarterly call
targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Participating in Industrial Exhibitions, Events, and other publicity events.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up to date on our products and services.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Tele-callings in B2B and B2C Segment.
• Experience in the Software domain, preferably in a cloud-based platform with the SaaS model.
• Should be comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.
• Experience in the ERP domain will be value-added.
• Thorough understanding/appreciation of software product/service sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Languages: Gujarati, Hindi & English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
