UrbanSparks Digital Institute is looking for a Telecaller Intern to join our dynamic team. In this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in telecalling and sales, working with potential students to introduce them to our programs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their communication skills and build a foundation in sales within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential students to introduce UrbanSparks' courses and programs.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text messages to convert them into enrollments.
• Provide detailed information about courses, benefits, and job guarantee programs.
• Assist in meeting and exceeding monthly lead generation and enrollment targets.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to prospects.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential students.
• Track and maintain accurate records of calls and lead status.
• Assist the team with other telecalling and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed high school or a bachelor's degree (preferred).
• No prior experience required; a willingness to learn and develop new skills is key.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and eager to take initiative.
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
