• Roles & Responsibility:
• Answering calls and resolving queries about product or company.
• Advises present or prospective clients by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis.
• Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about an item or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts.
• Responding to inquiries concerning things or the organization.
• Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
• Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Job description:
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
• Fluent communication in English.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Formal computer training an advantage, proficient in relevant computer applications such as Excel, Word.
• Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• Partial Knowledge of Inventory and Accounts will be added advantage.
