We are looking for a motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, conducting follow-up calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to build strong relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily outbound calls to new leads and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads and customers, maintaining a consistent communication flow.
• Provide information about products/services, answering queries and addressing concerns.
• Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in Excel.
• Assist in lead conversion and customer retention by providing timely follow-ups.
• Ensure that all calls are made with professionalism, clear communication, and proper etiquette.
• Report daily activities and outcomes to the management team.
• Maintain a positive and friendly approach while communicating with customers.

Requirements:

• Experience: Maximum 1 to 1.5 years of experience as a telecaller or a customer service-related role.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Proficient in using Excel for tracking leads, data entry, and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Good problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
