Telecaller (hindi, Punjabi)
Job Description
• Make regular calls to potential and existing customers to generate interest in our agri-based products and services.
• Follow up with customers on inquiries, orders, and issues, ensuring timely responses and satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and promote complementary products and services to enhance sales.
• Collect and document customer details, manage leads, and input relevant information into the CRM system.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
• Accurately record customer information, call summaries, and sales opportunities.
• Hindi and Punjabi speaking candidate preferred.
• Female candidate would be preferable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

• Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
