We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service to support our company's goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Contact potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or special offers.
Inbound Calls:
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and data collection.
Data Entry:
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions in our CRM system.
Follow-Up:
Follow up on leads and previous calls to ensure customer satisfaction and conversion.
Script Adherence:
Follow provided scripts and guidelines while also being able to handle conversations flexibly based on customer responses.
Feedback Collection:
Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
Achieve Targets:
Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets related to call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
Experience:
Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other office applications.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
