Achieve monthly collection targets set for the tele-calling unit.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
Follow up on promised payments and resolve customer queries or issues.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management as required.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
