Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Shilaj Circle, Ahmedabad

Job Summary:

The Telecaller will play a crucial role in generating new gym memberships and retaining existing members. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with potential and current members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls:
• Cold call potential customers to generate interest in the gym's services.
• Follow up with leads to schedule appointments or close sales.
• Provide detailed information about gym memberships, facilities, and programs.
• Inbound Calls:
• Answer incoming calls from potential and current members.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
• Membership Sales:
• Close sales of gym memberships by effectively addressing objections and highlighting the benefits of joining.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the gym.
• Data Management:
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Customer Retention:
• Proactively reach out to existing members to address concerns and encourage continued membership.
• Promote member retention programs and events.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?26,448.45 per month
