Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales and will be responsible for generating sales leads, promoting our products or services, and maintaining excellent customer relationships over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products or services and generate sales leads.
• Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
• Persuade customers to purchase products or services by highlighting benefits and addressing any queries or concerns.
• Conduct regular follow-up calls and emails to maintain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately update customer information and call details in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to the sales manager on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and objections in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to improve sales performance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
