• Making outbound calls to prospects, scheduling meetings, and closing deals
• Conducting interviews to understand customers' needs and preferences
• Identifying and resolving customer complaints or issues
• Meeting sales targets and regularly updating customer information databases
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor information
