Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets set by the company.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to improve our offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in a sales or customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
