Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls, provide information, and address customer queries professionally.
• Transaction Assistance: Assist customers with basic transactions and financial inquiries (if applicable).
• Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain and update customer records in Excel and other systems.
• Follow-Up Calls: Make follow-up calls for service reminders, feedback, or updates.
• Reporting: Use Excel to generate basic reports and track customer interactions.
• Support: Assist the team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth customer service operations.
Requirements:
• Female candidates only.
• Proficient in English , both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (data entry, creating spreadsheets, generating reports).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
