Telecaller (female)
Job Description
We are hiring for Telecallers for our Royal Enfield Showroom in Dehradun.
Job Responsibilities:
• Call on the provided leads and convert them for the company through telephonic conversations by making customers visit to the showroom.
• Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries.
• Stick to the script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed.
• Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints.
• Meet weekly/monthly sales/Service targets by developing a marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role.
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven record of meeting targets.
• Female candidates required.
• Candidates with two/four wheeler sales experience will be given preference.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
