Required - Telecaller - FemaleLocation: Surat,Industry- Digital Printing & Digital MarketingMust have experience as a Telecallerin the Digital Printing & Digital Marketing or similar industryKey Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and communicate the value propositions of our digital printing and marketing solutions.
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Understand client requirements and assist in scheduling appointments for sales representatives.
- Maintain a database of client interactions, ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and contribute to business growth.
- Previous experience as a Telecaller in the Digital Printing & Digital Marketing industry or a similar field is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and local languages, with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in using telecalling systems and CRM software for call tracking and record-keeping.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
