Responsibilities
Enter new lead calls on CRM and Payment follow-up calls
To associate with Expiry calls, Hold lead verification calls, Customers welcome calls, Installation
Feedback calls, General Feedback calls and Technical query calls
Customer invoice checking, Plan upgrade, Plan change
Taking care of Customer name change, Indoor shifting and Missed calls supporting customers in their comfortable language
Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements
Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
Gathering and documenting client info, payment ways, purchases, and reactions to product
