Telecaller (female Only)
Job Description
Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have a positive attitude with a strong customer focus. Knowledge of Ayurveda and wellness practices is a plus. Proficiency in relevant software, such as MS Office and CRM systems, is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, with further education in healthcare or business being advantageous. Fluency in Punjabi is also required.
