: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Telemarketer/Caller to join our team. As a Real Estate Telemarketer/Caller, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients over the phone to generate leads and promote our real estate services. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling potential clients to introduce our real estate services and gauge their interest & generating leads
• Providing information on available properties, market trends, and real estate services.
• Following up with leads and maintaining a database of client interactions.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Keeping accurate records of all calls and interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per year
