• Stay updated on product features, services, and promotions to answer questions effectively.
• Educate customers on the benefits and features of products and services.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Address complaints and offer solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Submit regular reports to supervisors regarding performance, calls made, leads generated, and customer feedback.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Accurate data entry and handling customer information responsibly.
• Handling multiple calls and administrative tasks simultaneously.
