We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Tele caller

with expertise in car loan sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining loan products, and assisting them in the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain car loan offerings. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan options. Assist customers with the documentation and application process. Follow up with leads and ensure timely loan disbursement. Maintain customer database and update call records. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer inquiries and resolve queries effectively. Coordinate with the sales and back-end teams for smooth processing of loans. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in car loan sales. Strong communication and persuasive skills. Knowledge of car loan products, interest rates, and documentation requirements. Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively. Good computer skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
