We are searching for an engaged telecaller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. Responsibilities:
- Make inbound and outbound calls
- Identify customer needs
- Resolve customer queries
- Contact existing and prospective customers using scripts
- Obtain customer information and other relevant data
- Ask questions to the customer and understand their specifications
- Address clients\' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time
- Note important details of each conversation
- Communicate verbal acceptance of offers to the sales team for closing
- Generate leads
- Converting leads to sales
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a telecaller or similar.
- Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Computer literate.
- Superb verbal communication.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
- Knowledge of multiple languages will be plus (English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil).
