Job Title: Post-Telecaller (Third Party Payroll)

Location: [Kolkata, Sector 1 Saltlake]

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary Range: INR 12,000 to 20,000 per month

We are seeking a dedicated Post-Telecaller to join our team on a third-party payroll basis. As a Post-Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling post-call activities related to our astrology services. This includes maintaining records of customer interactions, processing documentation, and ensuring smooth post-telephonic communication.

Responsibilities:

• Handle post-call activities such as updating customer records and processing documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer queries or issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection policies.
• Provide administrative support to the telecalling team as needed.
• Contribute to achieving team targets and objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the astrology or service industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments.
