Job Overview: KSBM Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our IT products and services.
• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, services, and complaints.
• Provide detailed information about our services, packages, and offers.
• Maintain a database of customer contacts and update information as needed.
• Follow up on leads and potential business opportunities.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and provide reports to the management team.

Requirements:

• Experience: Fresher or Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT services is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
