Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic

Telecaller Executive

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner. Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand customer needs and offer solutions or services accordingly. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Provide feedback to the team on market trends and customer requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Male or Female both can apply. Minimum 12th pass or any graduate degree. Good English communication skills. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (other languages are a plus). Good listening skills and problem-solving ability. Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM tools. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.

Local candidates are preferable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
