• Making calls : Generating sales leads by making cold calls to potential customers
• Supporting staff : Assisting staff with follow-up calls for sales and service activities
• Providing information : Providing detailed information about vehicle features, services, and promotions
• Building relationships : Fostering relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential clients
• Resolving complaints : Resolving complaints, providing solutions, and following up with customers
• Reporting : Making reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during telecalling
• Collecting data : Engaging with existing customers to collect data on the impacts of the company's merchandise or services
• Transferring leads : Transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action
