Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers over the phone in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide follow-ups and updates to customers as needed.
  • Maintain records and reports of customer interactions.
  • Utilize Excel to create and manage customer data.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Continuously improve customer service skills through training and development.
Requirements:
  • 12th Or Bachelor\'s degree
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
