: Tele Caller Executive (Female )

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic female Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and must be fluent in English. This position does not have any age restrictions, welcoming applicants from various age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
• Maintain and update customer databases with call details and follow-up information.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
• Assist in resolving any customer issues or complaints.
• Promote and sell products or services to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to improve performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle rejection.
• High level of patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
