• Making outbound calls to potential customers
• Pitching about our institute and courses to them
• Handle customer inquiries
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and following up with leads are crucial aspects of the role.
• Effective communication skills, resilience, and the ability to handle objections are key to success in this position.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activity and performance.
• Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
