Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Telecaller Executive with experience in Third-Party Manufacturing . As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, building relationships with third-party manufacturers, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the third-party manufacturing process, and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients and partners, offering our third-party manufacturing services.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to answer queries and provide information about our products and services.
• Coordinate with clients and third-party manufacturers to ensure production timelines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain and update records of all communications with clients, ensuring proper documentation.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with third-party manufacturers.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless coordination between all parties.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in third-party manufacturing or the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong knowledge of the third-party manufacturing process, including contract manufacturing and vendor management.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend only

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
