Job Description

JD of Telecaller (Looking for Females only Urgent Requirement For Dombivli Location).

Responsibilities:

-Handle inbound and outbound calls of clients.

-Provide excellent customer service and support.

-Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.

-Document and update customer records accurately.

-Inform customers about our products and services.

-Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

-Fluent in English, Cold Calling.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Graduation is must.

-Minimum 6 month experience.

Pay: From ?18,000.00 per month
