Overview

We are seeking a motivated Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound calling and possess strong communication skills. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to business development and customer service initiatives.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage call activities
• Communicate effectively to market products or services
• Assist in business development efforts through lead generation and follow-up
• Provide exceptional customer service during calls
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Engage in telemarketing activities to promote products or services
• Collaborate with the sales team on inside sales strategies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a sales-driven environment
• Prior experience in customer service is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
