Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Caller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage potential customers through outbound calls, promoting our products or services.
Duties
• Conduct warm outbound calls to prospective customers
• Communicate product features and benefits effectively
• Negotiate and close sales over the phone
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify business development opportunities
• Utilize technical sales knowledge to address customer inquiries
Experience
• Previous experience in inside sales or outbound calling is preferred
• Familiarity with software products is a plus
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to engage in warm calling techniques
• Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and business development concepts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
