Desired Candidate Profile
Role & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential Students.
Handling enquiries and generate leads through various sources.
Maintain student database.
Answer questions about the University & its courses.
Ask questions to understand student requirements and fix appointments for the counsellors.
Enter and update student information in the database.
Keep records of calls and note useful information.
Through counselling help the student to decide which course of higher learning is a good fit to them.
Responsible for handholding prospective students and guiding them through the entire admission process.
Responsible for getting online admission form filled and collecting soft copies of relevant documents.
Required Candidate profile:
Experience in Education Industry or in telesales.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
Ability to learn about services offered by the university.
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
