Camrin Airhostess Academy is seeking a motivated and proactive Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, providing information about our airhostess training programs, and guiding them through enrollment.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive tone.
• Ability to handle objections and professionally provide solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a background in customer service, sales, or education is a plus.
