Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services.
• Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information.
• Use effective communication to close sales and build strong relationships.
• Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
• Leverage WhatsApp marketing tools to reach targeted audiences and engage with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine marketing campaigns based on customer responses.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp etc.
• Experience with WhatsApp marketing tools and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle customer objections and provide solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and CRM software.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
• Experience in running A/B tests for email and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Familiarity with customer segmentation and targeting.
