The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, possess keen observational skills, and be adept at understanding customer needs while achieving sales objectives.
Objectives of this Role:
• Understand customer psychology and document both successful and unsuccessful sales strategies.
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Improve organisational efficiency through detailed observations and insights.
• Identify opportunities to meet customer requirements and contribute to company growth.
• Resolve complaints, provide timely solutions, and follow up with customers for feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Memorise scripts and adapt them to client-specific situations during calls.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients while establishing rapport with potential clients.
• Document and prepare detailed reports of conversations and feedback.
• Share observations and analysis with the team lead for process improvement.
• Follow organisational guidelines and telecalling methodologies.
• Generate leads and close sales through effective cold calling techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English, and Hindi.
• Previous experience in telecalling or a similar customer service role.
• Proficiency in data entry to complement telecalling work.
• Effective negotiation skills for closing sales.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Research skills for reaching out to potential clients and exploring new leads.
• Proven track record in telecalling and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to adapt communication styles based on customer behavior and cues.
• Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems is a significant advantage.
