Key Responsibilities:
Handle telecalling to guide students about our courses.
Counsel prospective students and parents about IBT's programs.
Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
Manage front office operations and greet walk-ins.
Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and enrollments.
Coordinate with faculty and staff for smooth operations
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
Ability to counsel students and guide them effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Prior experience in tele calling or student counseling is preferred.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
