Job Title: Telecaller Cum Cutomer Support
Salary Package: INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month
Experience 6 Months to 1 year
Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls
• Responding to customer questions
• Solving customer issues
• Providing information on products, services, prices, and promotions
Key Qualifications:
• Fluent in english
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
