Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Telacller cum Education Counselor to join our team. The role focuses on converting inquiries into admissions & To do outbound calls while providing guidance to prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

- To do outbound calls

- Give on call enquiry to students.

-Engage with prospective students and their families to understand their educational goals.

-Effectively communicate the benefits of our programs and convert inquiries into admissions.

-Provide accurate information about courses, admission requirements, and fees.

-Follow up on leads and maintain a database of prospective students.

-Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment processes.

Requirements

-Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

-A bachelor's degree is preferred.
