We are currently seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Telecaller cum Back Office Operator at Career Launcher. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about our programs and services, as well as performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the center. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and strong organizational abilities to succeed in this dynamic role.
Responsibilities:
Telecaller Duties:
• Make outbound calls to prospective students to introduce Career Launcher's programs and services.
• Provide information about course offerings, schedules, fees, and enrollment procedures.
• Answer incoming inquiries from students and parents regarding program details, admissions requirements, and other related topics.
• Follow up with potential leads via phone calls, emails, and SMS to encourage enrollment and address any concerns or questions.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with students in the CRM system.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and enrollment conversions.
Back Office Operator Duties:
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation.
• Process student enrollments, registrations, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of student inquiries and requests.
• Generate reports and analyze data to track key performance indicators and support decision-making.
• Support center operations by handling inquiries from walk-in students and providing assistance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding student information confidentiality and data security.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales support roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective students.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
