Job Description
Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels. o Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. o Understand customer needs and present suitable product/service solutions. o Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently. o Coordinate with clients and the transcript team (Operations & BD) o Follow work procedures as per protocol o Deliver transcripts within TAT, handling priority deliveries o Act as a team player to achieve targets o Maintain MIS, daily reports, and manage courier data o Coordinate with accounts for timely payments to field officer
