We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Telecaller to engage with patients over the phone. The role involves making outbound calls to help patients schedule appointments, remind them of upcoming consultations, and follow up for feedback or reports. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a patient-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Appointment Scheduling : Call patients to schedule or confirm appointments with doctors.
• Reminder Calls : Provide reminders for upcoming appointments or follow-ups.
• Patient Education : Inform patients about new services, consultation charges, or procedures.
• Feedback Collection : Gather patient feedback to help improve service quality.
• Data Management : Update and maintain accurate records of patient interactions in the system.
• Support : Address basic patient queries or escalate them to the appropriate team if needed.
Requirements
• Good communication skills in [specific languages as required, e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of using computers or CRM systems for call documentation.
• Polite, empathetic, and patient-friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a structured and target-driven environment.
