Role: TELECALLER Experience: 1- 2 Years Making outbound calls, managing incoming calls and revert calls, chats course enquiries. Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience as telecaller, preferably in an education field. To counsel students to join Entrance Exams coaching program and provide program & fee details. Generating Marketing leads for calls. Build sustainable relationships with students. Maintain call log and generate appropriate reports. Keep records of customer interactions, process student\'s accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to engage, convince & convert the leads to enrol the program. Explain products or services in detail. Capable to meet the target achiever. Should speak the local language, Tamil and English. Required Skillset Having good written and spoken communication abilities. Strong convincing skills. Being self-motivated and flexible. Having high attention to details. Minimum Work Experience of 1-2 Years. Having networking abilities. Being able to understand social media. Should believe in Teamwork & Cooperation.
