  • Proficiency in CRM software (Mandatory skill) is required to manage and analyze customer interactions effectively.
  • Solid understanding of cold calling techniques (Mandatory skill) to engage potential clients and expand the customer base.
  • Exceptional active listening skills (Mandatory skill) to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
  • Experience with telephony systems to manage and handle large volumes of calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Ability in customer relationship building to foster strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Lead generation experience, essential for identifying potential business opportunities and expanding the client roster.
  • Proficient in objection handling, crucial for addressing and overcoming client hesitations or concerns.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills necessary for clear and persuasive communication over the phone.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote company services.
  • Manage client relationships by maintaining consistent and clear communication via phone and email.
  • Identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads for the sales team to follow up.
  • Document and update CRM with client interactions and pipeline details accurately.
  • Handle and resolve customer queries and objections, escalating issues as needed.
  • Achieve set targets for contact volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
