Responsibilities - Handling Inbound Enquiries, Resolving Customer Complaints Brought To Your Attention, Creating Clean Procedures For Existing Clients, Mentee and Mentorship Attitude For Growth, Conducting Quality Assurance With Customers, Possessing Excellent Product Knowledge To Enhance Customer Support, Maintaining A Pleasent Working Enviornment With Peers, Requirements - A Bachelor\'s Degree, Experience Candidate Will Have An Extra Vantage, Excellent Interpersonal And Written And Oral Communication Skills, Knowledge Of CRM, Computer Skills, Well Versed With Meidation ANd Conflict Resolution Techiques Are Preferable, Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Schedule:
