Job Title: Immigration Telecaller
Job Summary: The Immigration Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about immigration services, and assisting with initial consultations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of immigration policies, and the ability to handle client queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Outreach:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in immigration services.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries received through various channels (e.g., website, social media, referrals).
• Information Dissemination:
• Provide detailed information about various visa and immigration options.
• Explain the immigration process, requirements, and documentation needed for different visa categories.
• Consultation Scheduling:
• Schedule appointments for clients with immigration consultants or legal advisors.
• Manage and update the appointment calendar and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Client Interaction:
• Answer incoming calls and emails related to immigration queries.
• Address client concerns and provide accurate information to assist them in making informed decisions.
• Data Management:
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Document call details, client interactions, and feedback accurately.
• Compliance and Accuracy:
• Ensure that all information provided to clients is accurate and in compliance with immigration regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to provide current information.
• Sales and Targets:
• Achieve and exceed monthly call and conversion targets.
• Upsell or cross-sell additional services when appropriate.

Pay: ?10,086.00 - ?12,184.04 per month
