Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Tele-Caller Business Development, you are responsible for managing relationships with insurance agents and supporting them to book insurance policies of their customers with the desired insurance company via BimaGuide platform.
The role involves working closely with agents across different processes, including:
• Daily connect with all insurance agents tagged under your portfolio via tele-calling.
• ??Maintain a strong relationships with agents to drive business growth.
• ??Achieve sales targets by effectively leveraging agent partnerships via tele calling.
• ??Assist agents in their day-to-day operational activities.
• ??Provide product support and guidance to agents to enhance their productivity.
• ?Make outbound calls to potential agents.
• Onboarding and activation of new agents.
• ??Training agents on new product feature and POS platforms.
• ??Calling agents for feedback and support regarding ongoing concerns.
• ??Handling Agents inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution.

Requirements:
• Freshers or upto 2 Year of experience in Insurance Domain
• Good communication skills [Hindi and English]
• Basic computer skills with MS Office
• Minimum education: Graduate/ Diploma

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?240,000.00 per year
