This is a full-time position ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience in the field. The Telecaller will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by reaching out to potential clients and ensuring successful sales conversions.Qualifications and Skills

  • Good communication skills are crucial for effectively engaging with clients and relaying information accurately (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability in calling customers and managing telephonic conversations professionally and efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in real estate sales with a demonstrated understanding of the sales process in this sector (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with residential real estate markets to aid in knowledgeable client interactions.
  • Strong negotiation skills to influence client decisions favorably during discussions.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relations, ensuring a positive experience for potential buyers.
  • Capability to handle client queries and concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Understanding of real estate trends in the Bangalore market to provide relevant insights to clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Initiate telephonic conversations with leads generated by the marketing team to present project details.
  • Convince clients for site visits by effectively communicating the value proposition of the properties.
  • Accompany potential clients during site visits and provide informative responses to their queries.
  • Facilitate the booking process upon successful site visits and client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to booking.
  • Maintain and update client information in the database consistently.
  • Proactively follow up with clients post-visit to address any further questions or concerns.
  • Contribute to achieving the monthly sales targets set by the management.
