Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Female Sales Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
• Respond to incoming inquiries and provide detailed information about the company's products/services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers and encourage sales.
• Follow up with prospective clients and close sales.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales interactions and customer details in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and concerns.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and achieve company goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecallers or in a similar role in sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and tele calling practices.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Prior experience in a sales role
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is Must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
