We are looking for a Tele-caller for an automobile industry, dedicated to providing quality
products and exceptional customer service. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated
individuals to join our dynamic team as Tel-caller.
Job Responsibilities:
• Contact potential customers through phone calls to introduce and promote our products and services.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information regarding vehicle features, pricing, and availability.
• Update and maintain customer records in the database.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to close sales.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements:
• Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and articulate spoken English and/or regional languages.
• Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with MS Office, and basic data entry skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales or call targets.
• No prior experience required, but prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus. Female candidates are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
